Dimitra specialises in music editing and score preparation for film and TV. She studied piano before graduating with a music degree from Royal Holloway, University of London, and completed an MA in Composition for Film and TV at the University of Bristol.

She spent several years as the assistant to multi award-winning composer Gabriel Yared, before collaborating with composers and music departments on a wide range of screen projects.

‍

Her recent work includes music editing for the Netflix hit series Love Is Blind, score editing for Taika Waititi’s forthcoming film Klara and the Sun, and the previously top-ranked Netflix film Under Paris. She has also collaborated with composers such as Stephen Warbeck, Erwann Chandon, and Shida Shahabi.

Alongside her screen work, Dimitra has a teaching background and contributes to film music masterclasses, while continuing to compose on independent projects.

Together with her partner Oliver Howlett, she co-founded dimitroli productions, working as a music editor, orchestrator, and copyist across diverse projects.
