Morgan Kibby is a Grammy-nominated composer, producer, musician and singer whose scoring credits include the BAFTA shortlisted Mothering Sunday starring Olivia Colman, Colin Firth and Josh O’Connor, AMC’s Tales of the Walking Dead, Netflix’s The Watcher and BBC’s Am I Being Unreasonable? starring Daisy May Cooper.

Morgan’s first score for Eva Husson’s Bang Gang: A Modern Love Story premiered at TIFF in 2015, receiving critical acclaim in the Platform Prize and later winning Best Original Score at Les Arcs European Film Festival. Subsequently, Morgan attended the 2016 Sundance Composer Lab and has gone on to score numerous projects for Amazon, Netflix, Hulu & CW, as well as narrative features premiering at international festivals including official competition at Cannes.

Recent projects include Disney’s nature documentary series Queens which won Best Original Music Score at the prestigious Jackson Wild Media Awards, and Amazon’s The Power and Wilderness. Morgan also scored 2 episodes of the horror anthology series American Horror Stories, created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk.

As a classical pianist, cellist and vocalist, Morgan has soloed with orchestra as well as singing with the San Francisco opera, jazz ensembles and musical theatre throughout her youth. Upon graduating the Lycée Français, Kibby became a core member of the French band M83, writing, singing and performing live. Two album cycles led to her first platinum single with “Midnight City”, a Grammy nomination, headlining a sold-out Hollywood Bowl and touring internationally with Depeche Mode, The Killers and Kings of Leon amongst others. In 2019, Morgan had the honour of testifying in congress on behalf of her peers, regarding digital copyright law.

Morgan has co-written, produced and played on multiple Grammy nominated & Number 1 albums, working with artists including Panic! At the Disco, Harry Styles and Lady Gaga. She has also produced, written and recorded her own solo material under the monikers “White Sea” and “Sue Clayton”, as well as remixing over 25 tracks from Lorde to the Weeknd.
